The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) is a federal program that provides compensation and medical benefits to current or former Department of Energy workers and their eligible survivors who developed illnesses due to workplace exposure.

Benefits may be available for certain cancers, respiratory diseases, and other occupational illnesses linked to toxic or hazardous exposures during covered employment.
